MedCerts is partnering with Northwest Medical Center to create a unique train-and-hire program for people interested in becoming surgical technologists. Approved applicants will begin a 4-month training program, with education expenses paid for by Northwest Medical Center in exchange for a 2 year work commitment. Students who complete training start a paid externship to receive hands-on training at Northwest Medical Center, and pass the NCCT TS-C exam, will be hired full-time as a surgical technologist for Northwest Medical Center.
