Program Participation Guidelines

All MedCerts programs currently offered to our student population are included, with the exception of:
- VA3000: Vet Assistant
- RX3000: Pharmacy Technician Professional

Programs are available for all active and current team members in good standing whether full-time or part-time.
Team members who have received a final written warning that is 6 months old or less will be ineligible to enroll in programs.
Contractors and temporary team members with MedCerts, Stride or portfolio companies will be ineligible for program participation.
Team members must complete a Program Enrollment Web Form and receive prior approval from their direct leader before beginning a program.
Direct leaders reserve the right to refuse program participation based on the following:
- Recent unsatisfactory performance, behavior, or conduct

Certification Costs

Team members who choose to attempt a certification exam must pay for the exam upfront.

MedCerts family members, Stride and portfolio employees will be solely responsible for any costs associated with certifications and renewals and will not be reimbursed for these costs
