MedCerts is partnering with Western Arizona Regional Medical Center to create a unique train-and-hire program for people interested in becoming sterile processing technicians.

Approved applicants will begin a 3-month training program, with education expenses paid for by Western Arizona Regional Medical Center in exchange for a 2 year work commitment. Students who complete training start a paid externship to receive hands-on training, and pass the CRCST exam, will be hired full-time as a Sterile Processing Technician.
